Spring 2021 Conference New Orleans

March 23 - 24, 2021

New Orleans, LA
Submission Deadline:  February 10, 2021

IOSSBR has simultaneous sessions in a variety of business disciplines going on throughout the day. One of the primary advantages to our conference is that the peer-reviewed proceedings are abstract only.  This allows the full papers presented at the conference to still be published in an academic journal without copyright issues. The conference allows a friendly forum for presenters to bounce ideas and gain constructive feedback that can then be used to enhance the full paper.

IOSSBR has discounted rates at the hotel. Please click the button below to start your reservation.

The sessions typically have 5 papers in  2 hour long session.  Each paper is 15-20 minutes in length with 5 minutes for Q&A.  Our poster sessions are 1 hour long and are during a reception where food and beverages are served.  This gives a large attendance to the poster sessions.

Best paper awards are voted during each session of the conference. There is a corporate sponsor for each best paper award. Past corporate sponsors for best paper awards include Cabells, Coldwell Banker, SSRN, Sentina Publishing, Silver Wheaton, Trump Entertainment, and many others.

Conference proceedings are abstract only and are peer reviewed publications, so that you may submit your completed manuscripts to one of our journals or any other journal.

Topics considered for the conference (and journals) include but are not limited to:

Anthropology, Archaeology, Communication, Criminal, Justice, Economics, Education, Geography, Health Care, History, Interdisciplinary Studies, International Relations, Linguistics, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Women's Studies, and other related studies

IOSSBR conferences have separate virtual sessions where presenters who cannot make it to the conference venue can present online. Participants need to have a computer, video camera, microphone and connection to the internet. Presenters are able to show their powerpoint presentations to other attendees. IOSSBR's Information Technology department helps the participants in setting up the session.
